Returns & Refunds

Any errors made by EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA such as incorrect size, colour, design and quantity shipped out to the buyer EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA will endeavour to rectify and our error by correcting the size, colour, design and quantity at our expense. EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA need the the buyer to return the incorrect size, colour, design (item/s) back to EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA. 

EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA will send the correct item to the buyer with a stamped, self addressed envelope for the return of the incorrect item.

In the case of this event all returns are to be made within 7 days of delivery of item/s.

Item/s must be in the original condition as it was shipped out by EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA and sent back to EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA the same way it was delivered. 

In the case of any refunds these will be returned via the same method as the payment was made.

All EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA printed products are made to order so carefully check the order and that all the information is correct. Once the order has been accepted and the goods have been printed we cannot exchange or accept returns. EVO BRANDING AUSTRALIA do not offer refunds or replace items for change of mind purchases.
